SquidScanner Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SquidScanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SquidScanner is a paid vulnerability scanning platform that allows users to run security tools (Github, Nuclei, etc.) against targets.

3. Authorized Use Only

You may ONLY scan systems you own, control, or have explicit written permission to test.

Unauthorized scanning of any third-party system is strictly prohibited and may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and other laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct
  • Scanning government (.gov, .mil), financial institutions, or critical infrastructure without authorization
  • Scanning any domain or IP on our internal blocklist (PayPal, Google, Cloudflare, etc.)
  • Using the service for any illegal, malicious, or disruptive purpose
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits or security controls
5. User Responsibilities & Liability

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have legal authorization to scan any target. SquidScanner is provided “AS IS” with no warranty. We are not liable for any damages, legal consequences, or losses resulting from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
